Nature Meditation – Recover the Natural Rhythm of Your Body & Mind

Under the direction of a skilled wellness instructor, individuals are guided through different outdoor meditations such as Walking Meditation, Tree Meditation and Waterfall Meditation.  Participants who take part in each facet of this course acquire the skills necessary for recovering the natural rhythm of their body and mind.
