Most relaxation therapies are based on the premise that the mind and body are interconnected, and physical health and emotional well being are closely linked. Not only can certain mind/body therapies increase the brain’s morphine-like pain relievers, called endorphins and enkephalins, which are associated with a happy, positive feeling—these therapies may improve your quality of sleep, your ability to concentrate and be productive, and your personal relationships. One small study of several different relaxation modalities found a 42 percent improvement in self-reported sleep complaints after one year of practicing relaxation therapies. There are also fascinating reports that mind/body exercises when used with touch therapies (bodywork and massage) influence psychological function and the physiological benefits of these techniques extend for hours and even days.

R&R Getaway based on the experience of Energy-booster:

Keeping energy in our body is essential in this uneasy sleep, overstretched, high-speed world. How do we recharge our batteries when there is a constant drain on our resources?

The modern American view of health & wellness focuses largely on things we should do to maintain optimal health- eating right, exercising, sleeping well, etc. – and less on the feelings that come along with good health. In this respect, one ancient health principle, “Water Up, Fire Down,” offers us an important balancing perspective.

We ask you; when your anger, thoughts and memories drive you crazily, what do you feel in your head? Cool, calm & collected? Or perhaps hot & angry?

When you are among the beauty of nature and feel at peace, what do you feel in your head then…? According to this principle, cool water energy is produced in the kidneys and is meant to travel upward to the head through an energy channel along the spine. Warm fire energy, produced in the chest, is meant to travel down toward the abdomen. Thus, good health is characterized by a warm belly (which is good for the abdominal organs) and a cool head, equated with a clear mind.

Negative health consequences come with reversed energy circulation. When the energy center in our lower abdomen is weak, it is hard to hold fire energy in the abdomen. Poor stress management constricts the chest and forces fire energy back up toward the head. Symptoms of this reversed energy flow include; a warm head, a cloudy mind, headaches, irregular digestion, anxious thoughts… just another day at the office!!

Although this information may seem unfamiliar at first glance, you will find that it really is just common sense. Take a moment to examine your beliefs about good health and ask yourself, “What does it feel like inside my body?” Compared to the typical idea of what is good health, the principle of “Water Up, Fire Down” describes it through an entirely different lens.

However, through trying to understand and experience this energy principle, you can expand your own awareness of your own human health.

Circulate energy in right way

1. through Breathing
2. through Aqua Immersion for Improved Circulation
3. through Gentle Energy Yoga
4. hrough Relaxation Therapy

Then check out your energy through Aura Reading with Biofeedback Imaging System.
