Spring Into Yoga

Regardless of race, sex or creed we all live in a world that revolves around fitness and its subsequent effect on our overall health and happiness.  I think it’s safe to say that we’ve all made resolutions just to turn around and throw them by the wayside about two weeks into the new year; at least that seems to be my pattern.
